I have no idea where it is the tracking just says that it has been on its way seems like forever. Was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. Now it's Saturday and I won't get mail delivery again until Monday but there is no update on the tracking so I'm assuming it's lost in transit. It would be nice if there was something you could do to follow up or send me another one. Very disappointed it has I was looking forward to this device helping me heal my broken collarbone. It's been 4 months without the use of my arm.
